The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offers a wide range of benefits for veterans, service members, and their families.  These Benefits are for those veterans and surviving spouses who require the regular attendance of another person or caregiver in daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and transferring.
